Can I pay via Money Order?
We can accept a Money Order or similar payment method (such as a Bank Draft). You can mail it to our Canadian office listed here: http://shop.english-test.net/contact
Be sure to have the money order made in US Dollars.
When we receive the payment, we will credit your account and you can use that credit to make your purchase. You can also send me a list of the products you want to purchase, and we can manually complete the sale for you (after receiving payment).
Do the prices include tax and shipping costs?
Yes, the prices displayed in the shop include all taxes. Since our products are electronic files (PDF and MP3) there is no shipping involved so no shipping costs apply.

How can I open and read PDF files?
To open, read and save PDF documents you need a copy of the free Adobe
Acrobat Reader. If don't have this program, you can download and install
it for free by clicking here.
How can I pay for my product?
We provide 2 payment options:

I don't have a coupon code. Can I still place an order?
If you don't have a coupon code you simply leave the coupon field blank. You can place your order without a coupon code.
I don't like the product. How do I get my money back?
If you don't like the product you purchased you will get a full refund. Simply contact is either via our contact form or through the forum and tell us you want a refund. We usually respond within 24 hours.
I was double charged. How can I get my money back?
On a very rare occasion you might get charged twice for the same product. If this happens, please contact us through our contact page and you will get a refund within 24 hours.
When and how do I get my product?
Immediately after you make your online payment you receive an email with download information for your products. Since all our products are electronic files (PDF and MP3) there is no physical shipping involved. You can access your files any time through your shop account.
Who created the materials?
All the materials contained in our products were created by ESL (English as a Second Language) expert, TOEIC and TOEFL writers, sound specialists and established book authors from the United States, Great Britain, Australia and other English speaking countries.
